Registration:  Must register for each class in advance at the front desk, payment due at time of registration. Must arrive ten minutes before class to confirm your space.

Equipment Needed:  Bring towels, water and clean sneakers!

Classroom:  All classes located in the new private fitness room in the Stretch Fitness (Temporary location located across from Royal Bank Summerside Branch)



Class Description: "Pump and Burn" with Krista Hickey!!
A weight-training barbell class that is an effective way to shape, tone and strengthen your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Choreographed to up-beat music, this class is challenging, fun and suitable for all fitness levels!

A fun 30 minute non-stop emphasis on the stomach and glutes, using a variety of simple moves and equipment! Kettle Bells, a mat and your bodyweight is all you need for this class, beginners and advanced can go at their own pace!

Learn to kick butt in this 30 minute class with amateur boxer Melissa Hackett. An intense interval training class with punches, kicks and tons of fun! Great for beginners and advanced!

Class Description:  "Tabata" with Lindsay Santos!!
Sweat out your troubles with cardio workout that packs 60 minutes into a 30 minute class. 20 + 10 = 8 minutes of intense fat burning fun. All you need is water and energy! Warm up... workout... and cool down. In and out in less than an hour. Try it, you'll like it!

when done correctly, Metabolic Circuits are intense, effective and efficient. Metabolic Circuit training is a great program to incorporate into your regular training to give your body something completely different from what it�s accustomed to. It�s also a welcome change and a huge fat burner over your typical steady state cardio. I currently do metabolic training one day a week in addition to my regular body part split. The number one benefit of metabolic circuit training is that you will continue to burn more calories after the workout is over.
