1.Q: Are you really open 24 hours?
A: Yes, all our members receive a swipe cards that allow them access to our Studio at any hour of the day, 365 days a year.
2. Q: Are you staffed those hours? How do I contact you?
A: No, currently we are staffed from 10am-8pm Mon - Fri. and Sat 10am-4pm. Staffed hours means we are open to non-members for tours, membership and supplement sales. We will have longer staffed hours in our new facility on Central St. Please contact us via email, or on
3. A: Does someone help me when I join?
Q: Yes, every new member receives two personal training sessions with one of our Trainers to develop a customized exercise program. After those sessions are completed, all members are encouraged to visit during staffed hours for more help & support.
4. Q: What if I need help after my first two sessions?
A: You can come during our staffed hours for general help and advice, or upgrade to a membership that gives you sessions with a personal trainer every month. For more ongoing personal coaching, purchase time with one of our personal trainers for an update to your exercise program.
5.Q: I've never been to a gym before and I'm a bit scared and intimidated?
A: Stretch Fitness Studio is not a place for elite athletes, bodybuilders or heavy lifting. 80% of our members are new to exercise! My mother comes 5 days a week and she never exercised in her life!! We are a comfortable community for mature men and women to exercise. We make sure you have a customized program so you know what to do when you come through our doors. We greet you with a smile and encourage a social atmosphere!
6. A: I have a son or daughter that would like to exercise at Stretch, what is your policy? Can they come with me?
Q: All members must be 21 years of age to enter our gym floor area. We are however developing children's exercise classes for our group fitness room on Central St.

7. Q: When are you opening Stretch Fitness on Central St.? Will my membership transfer over?
A: Scheduled to open early 2012, weather depending. Your membership will absolutely transfer. Look for some of our pre-grand opening specials.
8. Q: What are your rates? How do I pay?
A: Our memberships start at $35.00 per month. That includes two personal training sessions, 24 hour access, discounted rates for our classes and ongoing help, support & encouragement.

9. Q: Does my membership include classes?
A: Yes, all one year members receive free group fitness classes. Monthly members pay $3.00, non-members pay $5.00-$8.00.

11. Q: Do you do measurements and weigh ins?
A: Yes! We want to see you progress as much as you do….monthly measurements give our trainers the feedback they need to update your program based on your results.

13 Q: I would like to switch my membership from another fitness facility to Stretch.
